Weather got screwed

After a couple of months of absence in my blog. At last I found some motivation to come back blogging. And hopefully this will last to make my blog more productive. Maybe the reason I didn't blog for a couple of days is that I simply didn't find some time. My schedule in the past few days are twisted and sometimes when I come back from work all I can do is eat and then go directly to bed to sleep. A very tiring work routine. But I just thought I need to find time for my blogging to preserve and save my blogging career. And besides blogging relieves the stress and make my mind at peace.

I will also take this moment to tell you guys that the weather nowadays seems nuts. It's like a good weather for a moment then next thing you know the rain is so strong causing flood to major cities. Maybe its all part of the climate changes that's been a topic to knowledge channels and stuff. And this climate change is affecting us badly. 

While I'm writing this blog the weather today seems fine but I am anticipating that any moment of the day the weather will go crazy again and start raining and like never stopping. So its a good thing to bring umbrella for some unexpected rain showers that can cause colds that might ruin a persons day.

Game Changer

It's a long time since my last post. It's mainly because I'm a bit busy doing somethings that I need to do. And I can only find little time to do some blogging and stuff. I have this crazy idea I want to do. I want to start it as a little project and hopefully it will turn out good.

Regarding the idea. I'm going to share it in here after I've finish it. But that will takes a lot of time I think. Because this project that I'm going to start is not so little at all. In fact, it is quiet huge project that it might be the game changer for me. If this turns out good. (And I really hope it will). It will really bring the bacon in the house (if you know what I mean).

I'd like to document the progress I can make on the project to this blog but I chose not to because of intellectual property issues.

Well then, regarding to this good luck for me. maybe a "game changer" is just what I need. This could be it.

Makati to Cavite:Motorcycle Ride

Earlier after work I didn't expect that I would try such a thing. The story goes like this. Office Hours has ended and everything is just normal, going down the elevator and riding a public vehicle home would be the normal plan. But one of the my co-worker asked me if I want to try riding with him on his motorcycle going to Cavite.

At first I was kind of skeptical about this since I knew that riding a motor cycle is very dangerous and very prone to accident and to think of it the destination is a long way from Makati to Cavite. If my estimation is right it is about 40 kilometers. But then in the end I though it was a fun experience as this is my first time.

After grabbing the spare helmet at the office, I sat at the back side of the motorcycle and we are off to our destination. At first its kind of in a normal speed (because the traffic in Makati is heavy). But as we go on to the high way, we started to pick up pace and start speeding on other vehicles.

A little nervous at first but as we go along, I manage to make myself at ease. The wind on my helmet feels good except for the smoke coming from other vehicle in the highway. Everything is great since that is my first time riding a motor cycle in a long distance until it started to rain. A bit of rain pours down as we head to the Airport road (sorry I didn't manage to take a picture since I'm busy holding to the handrails of the motor cycle to support myself) but luckily the rain didn't continue to pour and the rest of the trip was awesome.

Full speed on wide roads are just awesome (not to mention the sticky feeling of my skin due to polluted air) but I did said to myself that I'll only do that once and after that, no more 'cause in the end even if it is great to ride a motor cycle it is very prone to accident. I only did it for experience sake. And luckily everything turn out good.

Tension and Pressure

Feeling the tension here at the office is definitely a good feeling after all. My boss arrived early at the office, He even arrived earlier than me. The whole office itself is engulf in a tension that is growing every passing minute. And on addition to that my supervisor is cranky this time. She gets easily mad at small things doing “mild-yelling” to other employees. Lucky for me I’m not the one she’s “mild yelling”. ‘Cause I have this motto “Less interaction; Less Mistake”

If it can’t be help I don’t approach my co-employees like socializing or whatever because talking to them is increasing the chances of getting involve even on the bad part so with this I tend to distance myself a bit. I just sit on my table quietly doing my own business in here. Sometimes blogging, sometimes just typing whatever available there is to type.

I just hope to survive this day with no mistakes so that I can maintain good impression to my boss and my supervisor. I guess working in the office is always just like this and I have to cope myself to the environment at the office itself.

As I observe when the CEO is here, the mood always goes highly tension and everyone at the office feels pressure, So what I always do with this is “stay out of their way” and “mind my own business” thing. I works for me.

I thought that I was going to go out earlier today ‘cause I have something errand that I need to do outside by my co-employee that will give me the errand is kind of “half-day”. Because of this I think my errand is postponed (too bad, I want to go outside now to escape the pressure inside the office).

Like a boss

I always wonder what it feels like to be a manager of a company. Having control of the people below your position and earning  five to six digit salary. What does it feels like? I came to think of this as I observe my boss/manager who is always busy talking to somebody on the phone (maybe clients). My boss is about 40 years of age and he is a single parent to his 3 children, nothing special about his personal life.\

My co-employee once said to me that he earns 50k a month not including the allowances provided by the company  itself. Can you imagine that? Earning 50k in a month, It’s like my five months of salary. So much money. In the future I also want to earn like that.But also as I observe to him, He is always busy to something.

Having a meeting with the clients in different places, Dealing with the CEO of the company and some other stuff that I don’t know. On that high paying job there will always be pros and cons that can give an edge and a difference on how the manager will deal with the problem he might encounter.

Who knows, maybe someday I will know that feeling of managing a company and get a taste of what it feels like when somebody is calling you “boss”. But of course I don’t know it yet.

To come or Not to come

Solving a problem is never easy. But I did solve mine quite well, Now I'm back on track. No worries and everything is smooth sailing from here. Since I am in a good mood to start the week, I hope everything will be okay for now. From work to home, I hope things to fall into the right place.

My college friends are inviting me for some kind of reunion this upcoming week but I'm kind of being confuse if I will go or not. The main reason is the time. I mean all the time that I will consume on that can be used in resting and pampering. But m second thought is that this event only comes once in a while. Reuniting with college friends, The nostalgic feeling and all that kind of stuff. I just missed them so much.

I am bit confused to this one really. I will see if at the end of the week what will be my mood regarding to this. If my mood goes fine then maybe I will come to this event. But I don't really now for sure 'cause I tend to change my mood so fast depending on what I feel momentarily.

Need for Speed

At last I did found some time to do blogging again. The reason why I didn't update my blog this past few days is that I simply don't have time to do so. Yeah, I'm saying that I kind of busy back then. I must say I miss to write a blog.

This past few days I've been craving to drive a car. Particularly a sports car if I'm lucky. As I've told in my last blog. And every evening even though I don't have a sports car or an ordinary car. I just play the game "Need for Speed: Most Wanted" all the time. The roar of the engine, the hot pursuits of the police and the excitement of street racing always dazzle me.

Well, I guess I did found some worthwhile activity other than blogging. When I'm not blogging, I'm racing (even though its only a virtual) That's fine to me.

I mean come on. Who wouldn't want to break the law and go speeding in high ways once in a while. In this video game you get to do this, same adrenaline feeling. I really enjoy this game a lot. I hope someday I get to do this in real life (I know I can't)

Traffic Wednesday

Why is it that when Wednesday it is always a heavy traffic on the streets? As I’ve observe every Wednesday morning I suffer from heavy traffic that I used to encounter every morning. And  Because of this I’m late again to my work. That ruins my day but I’m a kind of person who manages bad mood well, I mean I can’t stay in a bad mood for long. Sooner or later I will be on my “neutral mood”

 

I did remember earlier in the morning when I was on the public vehicle someone get on it and ask for some donations. The woman said she needed a money for funeral expenses of her husband and daughter kind of stuff. And the Passengers, Feel the sympathy and give her some spare change and money (but not me, since I’m busy looking at the watch ‘cause I’m really late for work)

According to her story before her daughter died she was raped and then killed by the rapist. And her husband had a cancer but since they don’t have enough money her husband didn’t survive (I wonder if those stories of her are true).  But if it does, I mean, What did they do to have such a cruel faith? They will only live in this world once yet they have a tough life. I just thought that comparing to them I have a very good life. I mean, I get what I need and what I want. 

Through this I’m very thankful to the life that I have right now.  I have a chance to enjoy life to the fullest, So much possibilities compared to them.

Bad news after the Bad news

Well, Its bad news after the bad news. The first one is my blog got rejected AGAIN on some sites that I applied for paid reviews. I don't know the main reason why they keep rejecting it. Maybe because my blog is young? I guess. And also google adsense keep on denying my request and I don't know why.

But at the end of it. I just thought, no need to rush things. All will fall in the right place at the right time.   I guess this is the part of my blogging career where I get to be patient with something. I do have some patience alright I just need to practice it more so that I  will not messed things up. I can say that I'm on a pretty right track on my blogging career and messing up so bad is the last thing I want to in this. So be it. Patience will prevail. And besides I'm blogging because I enjoy it. The earning is just and additional reward for me.

The next bad news is that in the next few days my internet connection might be out due to non-payment. I need to solve this problem immediately because it might affect my blogging and some other stuff that I need to do using the internet connection.

Someday: My own Car

This past few days I was thinking of having a decent car in the future. You know, A car that I can bring anywhere I go. I mean having your own car is very cool. You don’t have to wait for the public vehicle just to take a ride ‘cause you have your own. Going to work will be so easy and I will be consuming less time if I had a ride. And the ultimate advantage of having a car (for me) is it’s like additional “macho” points for the girls (hehe). I mean going on a date with a girl bringing you own car can build a good impression.

But for now it’s just a dream since owning a car is quite expensive for me. But in time I did promise to myself that someday I will have my own car (a decent one) even if it’s not a sports car, that would be okay. As long as its fully functional. 

I don’t know just yet how to achieve this dream of mine but at least I have a goal that I want to reach. And being motivated by it can produce positive results on my end. In the meantime I’m just contented on playing some racing games on my computer just to satisfy my cravings for having a car (hehe). 

Knowing how to tune up a car is my interest now. I’m just curious on how they do an upgrade on such an ordinary car to become a tuned up and well-designed car. Setting up my own car would be so cool and I want to do it someday.

I really don’t know why so suddenly I have interest on cars whereas in the past I’m not such a car person, Maybe because watching too much racing is the reason why I diverted my interests. (hehe)

I’m planning to take up driving lessons soon so that as soon as possible I can learn how to drive even if there’s nothing to drive into. But who knows, Maybe I can have my own car soon (I wish !haha).

Blogging at the Office

Here I am again at the office, sitting at my chair beside my table. It’s another day of work but also just another day that will pass. Right now, I’m kind of feeling sleepy again that’s why I decided to blog to keep my mind alive. Blogging wakes up my sleepy head always so I do this more often when I’m feeling sleepy at work.

I can say that all the people in the office are just chilling too. I mean, as I’ve observe, nothing rush and keeping the employees busy. All I can hear is the sound of the air-condition and some frequent ringing of the telephone. I’m almost 2 months in this job for now. I might say that I like it in here since the environment is great and the co-employees are very nice.

All I have to do to stay in this job is to do good on whatever the errands they will give to me.  I already committed one mistake and I must do my best not to do it again since I’m planning to be a regular employee. Each time I will go to the office I always make sure that my mind is set to work good and focus is there to avoid silly mistake that might ruin a good impression. I hope that after many months of stay in this company I will still like it in here because of the last job I was into I only liked it for 3 months and after that I tend to lose my interest on that job anymore. 

Just Like that

Proper Money handling is kind of not my thing these days. Last Friday I did got my paycheck from my work its like it just bounce of my hands because right now I already don't have enough money. Because of my daily expenses including the transportation and foods. All that's left of my money has been used up to this. This is also the reason why I don't go to much these past few weeks. I tend to stay in the house at my room to minimize my money spending.

And yesterday, I asked my sister to pay the bills that I'm required to pay to and to her mistake she accidentally paid at the wrong account. I'm totally mad because this things happen when I did perfectly budgeted all the money I've got. And now, My bills for the month is still there and I don't have much money. But I didn't keep myself mad 'cause its just useless to yell at someone because the damage has been done so to speak. I can't undo what happened I just need to solve this problem which apparently I don't know yet.

Happy Birthday to my Best Friend!

Let me take this opportunity to greet my Espren a Happy Birthday!. This girl has been very nice to me since we were classmates in college. Listening to my problem, giving me some advice and when I needed someone to talk to, she is always there for me. Now, It's time for me to give her some acknowledgement on the good things she did to me.

Back in college, I never thought that this girl will become my closest friend. Want to know why? Well, because she has this personality of being a "kikay" which back then I didn't like pretty much (since I like the simplicity of things). Being kikay means she likes to decorate herself a lot (hehe). With much make up and glossy stuff that catches attention.

But then I still want to make it a try, to make myself a friend, At first I was quite skeptical if I could get along with her, but as time goes by, Chatting, being in the same classroom as classmates and being the only person who listens to me. We did get along just fine.

When I have problems at work she always finds time to listen to me. I remember when I had problems with my family, she always gives me some advice on how to handle the situation. And back then when I had problems with a girl, She makes sure that she's there for me even if she is busy (though she laughs at me while I'm telling her the stories. grr!haha).  I mean, at times like this you can't find a good friend like that once in awhile. So I thank god how lucky I am for having such a nice friend who's always beside me.

Espren, what are you listening to? (like this)

Katleen Torres was her real name but I used to call her "espren". Its some name that I came up with when I was drunk while talking to her, She said I called her espren the night when I was drunk and talking to her. Its kind of weird though (I mean what kind of word is that "espren" haha). But since I accidentally came up with that name I tend to used it to call her that way.

Katleen, If you're reading this, I want to thank you for all that you've done for me. And for all of that, I am proud to say that finally I found someone that I can call a "best friend".  This is the least I can do for all the things that you did for me. but the rest of my payment will be letting me stay on your life forever, As your friend. Will you let me? (hehe)

Again, A happy birthday to you. I know you are happy right now. You have a good family, a friends and a special loved one. So with that all I can wish for you is a good health, To help you achieve whatever you want. I know you can do that. You are more than a girl than meets the eye. You can be everything you wanted to be because you are a good person.

Have you watch the last NBA finals? The Miami Heat versus the Oklahoma City Thunders match? I think that finals game was really awesome. Good plays on both team can be seen on that game. Is that it?It's evening already

Well what can I say, just a typical day had pass. Nothing happened that's worth remembering. All the usual things that I always do at the office. And just like that, the day passed.  But i'm looking forward to the coming days because of my blog. I want to improve my blog in the sense that every day I read different articles and tips on how to enhance it.

For now that's the only thing that's keeping me excited for the days to come. I guess this is the downside of being alone or single. A possibility of a dull day is always at hand. Being single has its ups and downs. I should say that being a single, no commitment to other people can be its pro, and also you get to spend your money on your own.

But being a single can be lonesome, its like when I see couples walking across the streets I just can't help my self and notice them. I'm kind of envious to them. I mean they have someone who cares for them, who loves them, and has always someone beside them when they need each other.But as the saying goes, you can rush those kind of things, All you can do is just wait for the right moment to come. 


PS: This post might look like I'm lonely but I'm not. Why is that? Because I've got so much things to do to keep my self distracted to this such things. Like for example, I recently finish the book Percy Jackson and The Sea of Monsters, I already downloaded the Book 3 and on my way to reading it (hehe). 

Fire Drill in a rainy season!?!

Earlier in the morning during at the office, Our building conducted a fire drill so that we can be prepared in case fire broke out. This is to make us aware of some precautions and basic knowledge that we might need in times of trouble (and I manage to take some pictures.hehe)

Here are some of the pictures I took during the fire drill and the discussion. Putting of even a simple or small fire can be a hard work since you need to know how to use the fire extinguisher. On that drill they've discuss some basic steps in using the fire extinguisher and how they varies on different usage.

Here the marshals/volunteers made a sample fire for us to extinguish just to show us how it is done. Proper handling of fire extinguisher is discuss so that full usage can be utilize.

Handling the fireman's water hose has a proper way too because it is pressurize, The hose is kind of hard to hold on so proper handling is important.

More extinguishing and demonstration on how the fire should be properly put off, but in the end I didn't have much luck to try it myself since the fire extinguisher is limited to several person's only.

And considering the fact that it is rainy day season, I think we won't be needing this stuff some time soon. (hehe)

As I was browsing some pictures on a group that I liked on Facebook.com I came to notice this picture of a girl that caught my attention.

Can you see this girl's cute eyes and her cute smile? Too bad I don't know her name since her picture just came up on facebook randomly. I hope someone can tell me her name so that I can search this on the web. I mean, I'm really mesmerized with this girl. I think this is what my dream girl looks like.

Although its only a picture taken from some train. It's like the image is so lively. Because of this girl's pretty face. I do hope someday to have a girlfriend like this one (but I think that would never happen.hehe)
